Why Enterprise 5.0 Has Clients Talking

            TeamDynamix clients have good reason to rave over the new Enterprise 5.0 software: This advanced version significantly expands key capabilities, particularly in areas of reporting and community, and is easier than ever to use.

Advanced Reporting Capability

            Enterprise 5.0 introduces a new level of ease and customization in reporting, providing swift access to specific data users need to track project progress and analyze budget and profit. Users can build and save criteria for reports on the fly, using expanded filtering criteria, including customizable fields,  to meet explicit analysis needs.  The software has superior ability to group, sort, filter and roll up information from all databases.

First-of-their-Kind Community Features

            Enterprise 5.0 also is the first software of its type to offer community features to enable immediate communication between team members to keep projects moving. The new software adds the convenience of Instant Messaging (IM), enabling real-time communication between team members.  Users also can discuss topics and explore solutions for common problems via forums.

Increased Usability

            TeamDynamix software already is well ahead of the pack for usability. But Enterprise 5.0 makes it even easier to manage the most complex projects. The new version introduces a clean, ultra-friendly user interface that smoothes access to and navigation between all modules.

            New Navigation Bar enables users to move easily between modules. Now, rather than having to open each module within the navigation bar, and then scroll down a long list of functions, the user simply clicks on the main module link. That module’s desktop, and all tools it offers, immediately appear in the top half of the navigation bar. All other modules remain plainly visible in the bottom half of the navigation bar without scrolling.

            Icons offer one-click access to email and more. Seven key tools appear as icons in a row along the bottom of the navigation bar. The icons give users one-click access to IM, email, the user’s time record, calendar, contacts, pending file approvals and the user’s desktop.

            Drag and Drop design simplifies desktop organization. A new “drag and drop” design further enhances the new software’s usability. With a click and a move of the mouse, users can easily customize their desktops, move folders, reposition calendar events, and perform other organizational tasks.
