TeamDynamix Turns on the Switch to 5.0

August, 2007

TeamDynamix clients have logged out of TDV4.0 project management software. For good.

Every single client, including those who have been using version V4.0 to manage their projects for years, has chosen to switch to the powerful new TeamDynamix Enterprise 5.0 system. TeamDynamix introduced Enterprise 5.0 in April, to much fanfare.

“Even though 5.0 offers many significant new features, we did not expect 100 percent of our clients to convert to it so quickly,” said TeamDynamix partner Andrew Graf. “We planned to continue supporting V4.0 into the foreseeable future.”

Yet, V4.0 Sign-In no longer resides on the TeamDynamix home page.

“Clients realized that the transition would be relatively easy, and the added features and benefits of 5.0 made it well worth the effort,” said Graf.

This advanced version significantly expands key capabilities -– particularly in areas of reporting and community – and is even more user-friendly than its predecessor:

  • Enterprise 5.0 introduces a new level of ease and customization in reporting, providing swift access to specific data users need to track project progress and analyze budget and profit. Users can build and save criteria for reports on the fly, using expanded filtering criteria – including customizable fields – to meet explicit analysis needs.
  • The new system also is the first project management software to add Instant Messaging (IM), enabling immediate communication between team members to keep projects moving.
  • TeamDynamix software already is well ahead of the pack for usability. But Enterprise 5.0 makes it even easier to manage the most complex projects. The new version introduces a clean, ultra-friendly user interface that smoothes access to and navigation between all modules. Users also can drag-and-drop documents and charts.

“Clients have been extremely enthusiastic over the power and usability of 5.0,” said Graf. “We have received very positive feedback on it.”
