We are pleased to announce that Florida State University (FSU) has selected TeamDynamixHE's web-based project and portfolio management solutions to streamline IT governance and project planning and prioritization.
TeamDynamixHE differs from more traditional PPM solutions because of our focus on meeting the priorities of colleges and universities, which are not the same as those of a commercial enterprise. Higher education institutions are driven by increasing retention, maintaining accreditation, political impact and building consensus support rather than ROI or net present value.
At Florida State, TeamDynamixHE is being used by the university’s central IT organization for a large multi-year project to implement the Oracle Campus Solution modules. It is also being used to track multiple smaller projects and production support tasks in FSU’s IT/ERP departments.

and resources across a broad section of our IT organization, there has
been interest expressed in using TeamDynamixHE in other areas of the
university, including our medical school, large academic departments and
telecommunications. TeamDynamixHE is a critical tool in our future IT
plans.”
