TeamDynamix has released version 8.2 of our web-based
project, portfolio and service management solution. Among hundreds of new
and enhanced features, this latest release includes increased functionality for
the Service Desk component, as well as several added reporting capabilities and usability enhancements to projects.
Among the updates in TeamDynamixHE v8.2 are the following:
- New Custom Report Builder sources for
People, Asset Contracts and Ticket Tasks
- “Withdraw Request” feature for stakeholders
requesting items from the Service Catalog
- Added status to move tickets to “On-Hold”
- SQL Server Report Service integration to
enable highly customized reports
- Quick copying and merging for incidents,
problems and changes
- Added custom attribute field types (radio buttons, checkboxes, etc) for greater
customization per institution
- Export project plans to Microsoft Project
- Enhanced printing for project plans and Gantt charts
