TeamDynamix released Version 8.3 of our web-based
project, portfolio and service management solution over the weekend. This latest release includes a new Survey application for creating and distributing surveys and reporting on customer satisfaction. Surveys are fully customizable and can be configured to automatically send to all or just a percentage of tickets that match the configured profile (specific departments, ticket types, etc.)
Among the other updates in TeamDynamix v8.3 are the following:
- Schedule tickets to automatically create on a recurring
(daily, weekly, monthly) basis
- Rename custom columns in Plan Manager
- Add multiple contacts to a ticket
- Ticket import template for batch creation of tickets
- Add time for another resource on tickets/ticket tasks
