What is a TeamDynamix Engineer?

Our TDX Engineers use data to guide their decisions. The engineering team is a constant source of resilient and well-rounded solutions. Planning for the future and building on stable foundations our engineers take the work seriously, but don’t take themselves too seriously. Being a part of a team means supporting others and in turn our team supporting each engineer. Debate is healthy, and the engineering team operates in a collaborative environment where feedback is important. Small course corrections are easier than a large redirection. There’s an abundance of interesting and challenging work, and I’m given the proper time and resources to properly solve those problems. I especially appreciate the low bureaucracy, high transparency and collaborative work environment.
