There is a big difference between higher education institutions and corporations. Other software companies try to push colleges and universities into their product and services mold. We don't. Our products and services are designed specifically for higher education.
Our higher education community guides our solutions. Through feedback and collaboration with our clients (including our TeamDynamix Advisory Council (TAC), IT Service Management and Project, Portfolio Management Advisory Groups, plus our Annual User Conference), we have continued to advance our custom solutions for higher education.
Colleges and universities across United States and Canada trust TeamDynamix.
Here are some of the fine institutions that we are proud to call partners (and friends):
TeamDynamix is a great addition to our environment and has been critical to the success of many of our projects. I am extremely excited to see what's in store for future releases. This will no doubt become one of the most powerful enterprise planning tools at Stevens.
Customer service is excellent. They always respond in a timely manner with relevant information. From a product standpoint, they are always willing to listen to ideas and suggestions to build in additional functionality and flexibility.
Reporting from TeamDynamix has given us the ability to quantify workload, effectively demonstrate workload distribution to leadership, and reliably benchmark performance with industry standards and our peers.
We have experienced an excellent relationship with TeamDynamix before and during the implementation of their work management system. The application itself has performed admirably over the three years we have had it installed.
The most important part of our relationship has been the partnership formed with TD in working through issues and upgrades and other items has been the attitude and performance of their staff. They actively ask for our feedback, and quickly respond to our requests for assistance or information.
The product is great; the company is outstanding. We consider the company to be the most important part of this equation, and they have gone beyond the call of duty on many occasions. We highly recommend both the product and the company.
Bridgewater State University is very satisfied with TeamDynamix, both the product in general and the service we get from TD staff. We are very likely to recommend to other colleges or universities.
Xavier University purchased and implemented the PPM portion of TeamDynamix approximately three years ago. I was involved in this initial implementation as a line of business manager for our IT Infrastructure area. Our IT PMO and Applications Services departments uses TeamDynamix for all IT projects (small and large). Application Services uses it to track ALL their productivity hours including these projects as well as operational hours on applications.
My area implemented the ITSM (Ticketing) portion of TeamDynamix one year ago. It replaced our Altiris (Symantec) ticketing system that we had been using for five years. During this project, we streamlined our processes by using TeamDynamix as our catalyst. We configured the system so it easy to use by our student Help Desk employees by using the Service Catalog that we hope to roll out to the University community in the next few months. I especially like the dashboard views and reporting.
TeamDynamix fit how we needed PPM to work for us; the other solutions were simply too heavy or too focused on project management for the enterprise. There is a big difference in higher education IT planning and corporate planning. While other solutions are trying to shoehorn into the higher education space or forcing corporate planning cycles onto higher education customers, it's clear by how well TeamDynamix fits our model that they understand the difference.
The demand on campus for IT services has increased dramatically. Aligning IT spending with institutional priorities is no longer a 'nice to have,' it's imperative to meet commitments, adapt to change and to secure adequate funding. We needed a robust PPM solution but it also had to be easy-to-use to succeed. TeamDynamixHE delivered.
Thanks, as always, for your continued support. You are a great group of people.
