Ken Benvenuto TeamDynamix CEO

Ken Benvenuto

Ken is the CEO of TeamDynamix and a member of its Board of Directors. As CEO, he is responsible for the company’s strategy, day-to-day operations and corporate culture. Ken’s expertise is building high-growth businesses through assembling world-class teams. He has extensive experience as CEO in a variety of industries including SaaS, payment processing and business information services.

Prior to joining TeamDynamix Ken held CEO positions with 2Checkout, Vertafore, DTN and Infotrieve, and was a Venture Partner with Trident Capital. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.

Fred Pandolfi TeamDynamix

VP, Engineering, Process Automation

Fred Pandolfi

Fred Pandolfi, VP of Engineering – Process Automation, oversees engineering for the enterprise integration and automation technology (iPaaS) and the AI platform at TeamDynamix. He is a seasoned technology professional with over 27 years of broad-based experience in various industries, with a proven track record of delivering aggressive projects on time and within budget: extensive experience building and re-engineering high-availability, high-performance, scalable systems.

 

Areas of specialty include SaaS, web services, web applications, enterprise architecture, systems integration and end-to-end software design and development. Fred has held senior technology leadership roles at 2Checkout, CCC, Infotrieve, Scientia Technologies and Vertafore.

 

Fred has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Penn State University.

Chris Neiger Engineering TeamDynamix

VP, Engineering, Work Management

Chris Neiger

As the VP of Engineering – Work Management for TeamDynamix, Chris drives the strategy and tactical execution behind the core Work Management (ITSM/ESM/PPM) solution stack and architecture. He leads a group of software engineers responsible for medium-long-term product expansion and SaaS platform growth. Employing agile and more traditional project management tactics, the team leverages technology from Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Elastic and others to support a rapidly expanding customer base.

 

Chris fosters a knowledge-creating environment where inventing and innovating is not a specialized activity; it’s a way of living in which everyone is a knowledge worker and shares. He embraces this philosophy to deliver easy-to-use, easy-to-own and easy-to-operate solutions. His team focuses on usability and engagement as clear drivers for strategic direction.

 

Chris holds a BSE in Computer Engineering and a Master in Engineering and Management (MEM) from Case Western Reserve University.

VP, People and Culture

Jen Troy

Jen Troy is the VP of People and Culture at TeamDynamix. Her specialty is employee relations and employee engagement. She is also adept at implementing HRIS systems. In her capacity as the people operations leader, she works closely with the rest of the TeamDynamix leadership team to guide the organization in the areas of team development, recruitment and organizational design – particularly during a high growth period.

 

Jen brings more than 17 years of experience in human resources with more than 8 at a senior level. She is credentialed as a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management, the world’s oldest HR association – where she is also an active member.

 

Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Greg Newman Client Sales TeamDynamix

VP, Customer Success

Greg Newman

Greg Newman is the VP of Customer Success at TeamDynamix. Greg’s background is growing client-focused sales teams focused on SaaS technology. Greg heads up the company’s existing customer growth. His favorite part of the job is working directly with customers and helping them better fulfill their mission. He is well-versed in customer expansion through bundling and expanded persona targets.

 

Before joining TeamDynamix, Greg led customer success and sales teams at Blackboard and Instructure, where he partnered with corporations, educational institutions and government clients.

 

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.

David Geiger

David Geiger is the VP of Sales at TeamDynamix. David specializes in building and leading high-velocity, customer-focused, sales teams to achieve rapid growth. David heads up the company’s new customer acquisition efforts with a hyper-focus on bundled, complex sales. He is well-versed in a broad set of industries including mid-market and enterprise, government, healthcare and education.

 

Before joining TeamDynamix, David built scalable customer acquisition processes, grew sales pipelines, and generated profitable revenue streams at SaaS enterprise technology software, startup, and Fortune 500 companies, including Pfizer Pharmaceutical and Black & Decker. David has over 20 years of customer acquisition, business development, sales and lead generation experience. David holds a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in Columbus, OH.

Aaron Crane TeamDynamix

VP, Operations

Aaron Crane

Aaron Crane is the Vice President of Operations at TeamDynamix. He enjoys working with our customers to help simplify their workloads and help them make better decisions. He is focused on helping to elevate the role of IT to one of strategic innovator. Aaron oversees the full-service lifecycle from implementation to training and ongoing managed services. He oversees services for customers including Kleinfelder, Huntsville Utilities, Gratz Bank, Toll Brothers, Dartmouth, Palm Beach State College, Oklahoma City and Pima County.

 

Aaron offers over 20 years of experience in software service delivery including time spent at Astute Solutions, a SaaS provider of Consumer Center Software where he worked with large global enterprises such as British Airways, McDonald’s and Levi Strauss & Co. He has also been a consultant within the Advanced Technology Group at Arthur Andersen, specializing in Telecommunications and Networking.

 

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with an MIS concentration from Miami University in Oxford, OH.

Tauni Manasse

Tauni Manasse is the Chief Financial Officer of TeamDynamix. With a deep understanding of the SaaS business model, she has successfully led organizations to achieve their financial goals and maximize shareholder value. She leads the finance and accounting functions and enjoys collaborating cross-functionally to drive strong business outcomes. Tauni has more than fifteen years of expertise in scaling businesses, buy and sell side M&A through integration, and streamlining technology solutions equipping companies to successfully scale through high growth.

 

Tauni has previously held executive-level positions in both finance and operations, most recently as the VP/GM, Marketing Solutions for RealPage, Inc, CFO, LeaseLabs and CFO/COO for Macnica Americas, Inc. She holds a California CPA credential (inactive), as well as an MBA from the University of San Diego.

Andrew Graf Chief Product Officer TeamDynamix

Andrew Graf

Andrew is the Chief Product Officer for TeamDynamix. His passion lies in helping organizations thrive in an ever-changing environment. As a co-founder of TeamDynamix, Andrew is well versed in the common issues facing leaders in Mid-Large Enterprise, Healthcare, Education, and Government – as tech spending rises and needs for increased IT Maturity rise, he can help map out a way forward. Andrew believes that success comes when customers, team members, and the company are all aligned. In his role, he uses his insights to focus on customer lifecycle strategy; building a strategic product vision that will ensure customer success in both the short and long term. Andrew heads up the Advisory Boards, CIO Council, and Focus Group Program. He also works closely with partners for strengthened integration and cooperative vision.

 

Andrew was previously a technology and business process consultant with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting serving mid-market and Fortune 500 clients. He sits on the Ready Education board and was on the Edusourced boards. Andrew graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Management Information Systems with a specialization in French from Ohio University.

Lucia Marchese CMO TeamDynamix

Chief Marketing Officer

Lucia Marchese

Lucia Marchese is the Chief Marketing Officer of TeamDynamix. In this capacity, she leads market strategy and development helping to drive company growth. She is responsible for overseeing go-to-market strategy, demand generation, sales enablement, and influencer relations. Lucia is well-versed in creating a bridge between marketing and sales that allows for high growth while also delivering value to the customer base.

 

Prior to joining TeamDynamix, she operated within the office of the CMO for SunGard / FIS where she held various positions including global brand management, demand generation, corporate communications and business line support. In these roles, she fostered a culture of innovation and thought leadership, helping to drive awareness and demand across a diverse product portfolio. Highlights include acquisition integration, product portfolio packaging, cross-sell initiatives/bundling, and oversight of operations.

 

Lucia has over 20 years of experience in B2B software marketing, supporting global sales organizations. She holds certificates from Pragmatic Marketing and Sirius Decisions. Lucia earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Castleton University.
