Jennifer Rodger is the Director of People and Culture at TeamDynamix. In her role, Jennifer leads a dynamic team, responsible for optimizing organizational design and workforce planning, while also implementing initiatives that promote employee well-being, career growth, and leadership development. With a strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), Jennifer champions DEIB principles through all People Operations policies and practices, contributing to a workplace that celebrates differences and promotes mutual respect. Before joining TeamDynamix, Jennifer gained extensive experience in developing impactful and scalable employee-focused programs and strategies as a Human Resources Director at McGraw Hill and Achieve3000. She also had previously spent five years at two non-profit organizations, where she contributed to the development and enhancement of the Human Resources function. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Delaware and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University.
