Setting Match Thresholds

To match utterances (a statement or question made by a user) to intents, TeamDynamix leverages its Intent Matching Agent. For any intent, you set a match confidence threshold. When the Intent Matching Agent has a match that meets or exceeds the threshold, expressed as a percentage, it presents a solution.

Simplified Intent Building

Using the Intent Matching Agent, bot builders only need to provide a brief one-to-three sentence description of what the intent accomplishes in order to form the foundation the selection agent uses to determine which intent best matches the request.
