Prior to TeamDynamix, Ruse served as President of Field Operations at LogicGate, where he led the go-to-market organization and helped drive consistent growth and strong analyst recognition. He previously served as President of Accruent, owning full P&L responsibility and leading the company through a period of growth and strategic transformation.
Earlier in his career, Ruse held senior leadership roles at Ivanti and LANDESK Software, where he led global sales organizations and regional P&Ls across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. He is known for building high-performance revenue teams and driving predictable, scalable growth.
