Matt Hemingway is Vice President of Customer Success and Sales Operations at TeamDynamix, where he leads post-sales customer experience and revenue operations to drive retention, expansion, and operational excellence.

He brings more than 15 years of experience in sales leadership, revenue operations, and go-to-market strategy across high-growth technology companies. Prior to TeamDynamix, he held senior leadership roles at Axcient, where he improved forecasting accuracy, increased bookings, and drove gains in pipeline quality, win rates, and average deal size.

Earlier in his career, Hemingway held sales and enablement leadership roles across several technology companies, building high-performing teams and scalable sales processes. Before entering the technology industry, he was a U.S. Olympic high jumper, winning a silver medal at the 2004 Olympic Games and earning multiple national titles.
