Rod is the CEO of TeamDynamix and a member of its Board of Directors. As CEO, he is responsible for the company’s strategy, day-to-day operations and corporate culture. His approach is grounded in customer-first acceleration, focusing on actively engaging with users while anticipating emerging demands. With a track record for leading high-growth SaaS companies, Rod offers deep expertise across R&D, market expansion and corporate development.
Prior to joining TeamDynamix, Rod was CEO at Axcient, a business continuity and disaster recovery software company where he was focused on innovation centered on evolving market needs and rapid expansion leading to its acquisition by ConnectWise. As a 30-year tech industry veteran, he has also held leadership positions with Barracuda Networks, EMC, Data Domain and NetApp.
