COLUMBUS, Ohio – November 1, 2017 – TeamDynamix is included in a recent Eduventures® report recognizing technology companies that enable higher education institutions to adapt to changing environments. The report included examples of education technology providers and platforms that can help institutions better serve students and faculty while achieving larger institution-wide goals such as becoming a leader in research or providing an exemplary learning experience for college students.

Higher ed technology analyst James Wiley writes, “Among outsourcing firms in this space, TeamDynamix stands out because of its focus on nonprofits, including higher education, and the clear way it evaluates, tracks, and displays data around asset, change, and help desk management.” Wiley adds that TeamDynamix helps institutions more efficiently use time and technology resources.

TeamDynamix is a cloud-based service management and project portfolio management platform for institutions of higher ed, K-12 and non-corporate organizations. Organizations rely on TeamDynamix to manage technology resources and personnel and support systems.

Bridgewater State University vice president of information technology and CIO, Ray Lefebvre wrote in EdScoop how the focus on the student experience drives institutions to be strategic in planning and managing technology resources. Bridgewater State uses TeamDynamix and the campus is well-known for putting students first.

The Eduventures report, published October 10, calls out three design principals: maintainability, compatibility, and efficiency. TeamDynamix meets these criteria because 1) it is a single, unified solution to manage IT service tickets, change management, asset management, and projects on one platform which can extend to other departments such as HR and Marketing, 2) it optimizes resources by managing workloads and aligning resources across those tickets or projects, and 3) it offers a single portal for all users to access knowledge base articles and service requests across all departments.

Ray Lefebvre was just selected as the Best Higher Education Leader in the 2017 Tech Edvocate Awards for his leadership role at Bridgewater State University.
