Second consecutive year as CODiE finalist, TeamDynamix offers One Stop for students, faculty, and staff for all service requests, knowledge sharing, and project management
COLUMBUS, Ohio – May 17, 2018 – TeamDynamix, providers of cloud-based IT service management (ITSM) and project portfolio management (PPM) software built for education and the public sector, has been named a finalist in the 2018 SIIA CODiE Award for the Best Higher Education Cloud-Based Solution. Finalists in this category represent the best cloud-based solutions that are always available to users regardless of location, are multi-platform, and provide ubiquitous access to faculty, administration, and students.
Judges recognized TeamDynamix as a responsive web approach to providing back-office support developed specifically for educational settings. They also praised how it gives administrators a tool to manage support tickets and projects in one platform. One judge said, “[TeamDynamix] seems easy to use, and offer[s] several features to satisfy the needs of the educational institutions that it serves.”

The SIIA CODiE Awards are the premier awards for the software and information industries and have been recognizing education technology and business technology excellence for over 30 years. TeamDynamix was honored as one of 152 finalists across the 39 education technology categories in the K-20 sector.

The SIIA CODiE Awards are run by the Education Technology Industry Network (ETIN) and the Software & Services Division of the SIIA (Software and Information Industry Association) and are the industry’s only peer-reviewed awards program. Educators and administrators serve as judges and conduct the first-round review of all education nominees. Their scores determine the SIIA CODiE Award finalists, and SIIA members then vote on the finalist products. The scores from both rounds are tabulated to select the winners.
